Geography is part of the curriculum in Key Stages 1, 2 and 3. Subjects covered include investigating our homes and local community to eco systems. Visits are an important first hand experience to our students and we encourage this.
The Lincolnshire landscape and the local towns and villages are used widely to support students' Geographical studies. They also learn about contrasting localities and experience the food, clothes and culture of many different countries.
As well as our geographical visits we invite people to come into school to share their experiences with the students.
Spilsby is a small market town in the Lincolnshire Wolds.
The catchment area is around the north of Boston to the south of Louth, including Skegness, Coningsby, Alford, and Horncastle districts.
The school is a single storey building in very pleasant grounds, including a sensory garden, nature garden and
play areas.
