  • The School Council hosted a breakfast morning to celebrate National Breakfast Week. Pupils enjoyed cereal and toast served by the student council.
  • Each half term pupils take part in didgeridoo sessions with Gregg Chapman. This enables pupils to relax by reducing anxieties allowing them to access the curriculum in a calm manner.
  • The whole school took part in an ambulance day when we were visited by an ambulance with NHS staff. Pupils visited the ambulance and were made aware of what happens in an emergency. This helped
  • The pupils took part in a very busy week before the Christmas break. This included a whole school visit to the pantomime, Christmas dinner and the whole school Christmas performance at St James
  • Rugby World Cup legend, Lawrence Dallaglio, paid a special visit to Eresby School this week. The retired England International, who was part of the World Cup winning squad in 2003, visited Eresby
  • Pupils and staff enjoyed a blustery day out in the garden. We planted bulbs, cleared paths and trimmed the willow.
  • The school celebrated harvest festival with Father Terry and his dog, Murray. Pupils took part in songs, prayers and gave gifts for the harvest table. This was well attended by parents and families.
  • A group of pupils took part in the Shakespeare Schools Festival held at The Drill Hall, Lincoln. The pupils enthusiastically took part in a production of A Midsummer Nights Dream. Which was enjoyed
  • So far it has been a great start to the school year at Eresby School. Our new pupils have settled in and we would like to welcome new staff to the team; Mr James White as Class 2 teacher and Mr Adam
  • Pupils and students from Eresby Special School participated in the David Ross Education Trust (DRET) Summer Cup, a festival of competitive sport that was attended by Olympians and Commonwealth
